We are the Tsiboukas cousins–cousins and friends–and we love the joy, creativity, and opportunities that life offers. We grew up on an organic farm in Greece, so we feel true kinship with the high-quality produce and healthy lifestyle options that Los Angeles has in abundance. This is the perfect place for us to share our excitement for the wonderful part could press juices, cleanses, and healthy food offerings. We reflect on a saying attributed to the Greek philosopher Hippocrates “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”–we strive to live and share this philosophy.
